After studying law and commerce (majoring in accounting and tax), Zeke worked as a legal officer in Singapore, before returning to Australia where he was admitted as a solicitor in 1996.His career has focused on commercial matters, primarily in litigation, tax and insolvency law, and he has acted in a number of high profile multimillion dollar litigation matters, as well as successfully defending major prosecutions levelled against his clients by the ACCC and the ATO.

Frank was admitted to practice 1989 and since, has established a reputation for his expertise in the areas of commercial litigation, wills and estates, small business advice and structures and asset protection.

His main attribute is assisting clients to find solutions to enable them to continue on with their businesses. He undertakes an innovative approach and seeks practical solutions and considers the clients wishes as the goal rather than the end result. This results in solutions that are both commercially effective and timely as far as the client is concerned.

Robert was admitted as a solicitor in Ireland in 1996, and ran his own Firm for over a decade before coming to Australia.
He has a wealth of experience, and has also been admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, and as an arbitrator in Ireland. |
Robert handled many high profile disputes, with a particular emphasis on property and partnership disputes, commercial litigation and employment law.

Corina brings to the firm a passionate background in migration law and humanitarian law, gained in her years of volunteering with refugees and the homeless.
In addition to having years of experience in working in the migration industry, Corina also practices in commercial litigation and debt recovery with diligence and focus.

Corina possesses a committed, efficient and meticulous attitude towards her work, and her multilingual abilities enables her to more effectively assist in commercial practice areas for international and domestic clients.

Zoe Thornborough – Associate (LLB, GDLP) | |

Zoe Thornborough is experienced in commercial disputes, workplace relations, and migration law. She has assisted many communities in Queensland, undertook an internship with Amnesty International, and was appointed as a Model United Nations delegate.

Her accomplishments include receiving the 2007 Australia Day Award for Junior Citizen (Northern NSW Region), and reaching the finals for Zonta, Young Women in Public Affairs Competition.
