![]() | Scott D. Taylor - Partner Scott joined Irish Bentley in 2003 and heads the restructuring and insolvency division of the firm. Scott has established solid foundations in commercial law both in Australia and overseas with a focus on corporate insolvency, restructuring and litigation. Scott's demonstrated ability to deliver cost effective, innovative solutions has contributed to him being one of the youngest partners in Australia. Scott's insolvency experience has included acting for and against administrators, liquidators, receivers and company directors. Scott is admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia in addition to the Supreme Court of Queensland and holds Associate Membership with the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia.
