Rhett's academic and practical background in information technology and law provides invaluable expertise to clients in all realms of intellectual property.  Rhett is experienced at dealing with WIPO/AuDA related matters (domain name disputes), trademarks and internet based issues.  His technical knowledge of intellectual property complimented by his professional legal skills ensures a comprehensive quality service is at all times delivered.

Frank was admitted to practice in 1989 and since, has established a reputation for his expertise in the areas of commercial litigation and corporate law - specifically contractual and trade practices disputes.

Frank compliments Irish Bentley Lawyers with his practice experience and innovative approach to attend to a client's needs in a commercial and effective manner.

Frank holds a Masters of Law from the Queensland University of Technology and is a member of the Queensland Law Society.

Sian (Jin) Poh - Consultant

Jin is a dynamic lawyer with international focus. 
Jin has been with the firm since 2002 and has recently returned from a two year sabbatical working with a Global Fortune 500 company as in house Counsel in London. 
His corporate background ensures that he can recognise and respond to the commercial needs of our clients.  He practices in commercial leasing, industrial property acquisition, immigration law, insolvency and commercial litigation.
In addition, Jin speaks Bahasa (Malaysia/Indonesian) and four (4) Chinese dialects (Mandarin, Theo Chew, Hokkien and Cantonese) allowing him to assist our clients in commercial transactions in Asia.
