 | Scott D. Taylor - Partner Scott joined Irish Bentley in 2003 and heads the restructuring and insolvency division of the firm. Scott has established solid foundations in commercial law both in Australia and overseas with a focus on corporate insolvency, restructuring and litigation. Scott's demonstrated ability to deliver cost effective, innovative solutions has contributed to him being one of the youngest partners in Australia. Scott's insolvency experience has included acting for and against administrators, liquidators, receivers and company directors. Scott is admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia in addition to the Supreme Court of Queensland and holds Associate Membership with the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia. Scott has represented clients in the Federal, District, Supreme and Appellate Courts throughout New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania and Queensland in addition to the High Court of New Zealand.Main practice areas: |
 | Sian (Jin) Poh - Senior Associate Jin is a dynamic lawyer with international focus. Jin has been with the firm since 2002 and has recently returned from a two year sabbatical working with a Global Fortune 500 company as in house Counsel in London.
