ACTION AGAINST SITI

In court proceedings initiated by Irish Bentley Lawyers, SITI Financial Services Pty Ltd and SITI Group Pty Ltd were ordered into liquidation by the Supreme Court of Queensland on 1 September 2009.

Irish Bentley Lawyers acted on behalf of 108 creditors of the companies, and pursued the course of liquidation to protect investors from further losses.
