ASIC fees are being increased based on the Consumer Price Index for the March quarter 2011.
Our professional fees to set up companies, change directorships, shareholding details etcetera will remain the same however the ASIC fee increases will be passed on.
Here are examples of changes to some common fees:
Application for registration as an Australian company (proprietary company that has share capital) will increase from $426.00 to $433.00.
Change of company name will increase from $351.00 to $357.00.
First late payment fee will increase from $69.00 to $70.00.
Second late payment fee will increase from $287.00 to $292.00.
Application for voluntary deregistration of a company will increase from $35.00 to $36.00.
